This is realy a beautiful hotel as the photos shows

The view from our room is quite disappointing... Can not see the sea at all although the hotel very close to the sea side...

As you will read on the blog, the neighborhood was not as lovely as the hotel. I am going answer your last question here: yes I would recommend to any of our Taiwnese friends, but no to American friends.
